Attorney Jose Leon

A former prosecutor for the State of Florida, Mr. Leon’s career is defined by a lifetime of service and a proven track record of the pursuit of justice. After emigrating from Venezuela, Mr. Leon began his military service in the United States Marine Corps at the age of 17. After watching the attacks of September 11 unfold, Mr. Leon decided to join the Air Force as an F-16 fighter pilot and has received multiple decorations for his service during combat operations.

After graduating from Miami Law with honors, Mr. Leon became a prosecutor for the State of Florida at the Fourth Judicial Circuit, handling both felonies and misdemeanors. During this time, he handled thousands of cases from pre-arrest to jury trials.

As the managing attorney of Leon Law, Mr. Leon’s goal is to provide legal representation that is compassionate, personalized and client focused. Mr. Leon will use every tool at his disposal to achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients by combining his background, legal experience, and fighter pilot mentality.
